Day 3 (22 January 2013)
Day 3 started with a trip to the
RDM Campus located in the port of Rotterdam. In the 1950s, RDM was one of the largest shipyards in Europe and is now a location for research, education and business.

The students then departed by boat to the
Erasmus Bridge (another famous bridge) for a walking tour of Rotterdam.

Then a trip (by train) to Maeslant to visit the
Maeslant Storm Surge Barrier (and enjoy a little sledging).
